NYSE Euronext Teachers Workshops (Summer 2014)
NYSE Euronext offers professional development programs to help educators teach students about the financial marketplace and its importance in their lives and the global economy. The 5-day Teachers Workshop at the NYSE provides educators with an understanding of the capital-raising process and the NYSE trading platforms, and increases teachers ability to include the financial markets across curriculum disciplines. The Graduate Program is for educators who have previously completed the NYSE Teachers Workshop.
NYSE Euronext offers a limited number of fellowships to help deserving teachers from under-resourced schools attend one of the 2014 Teachers Workshop programs at the New York Stock Exchange. The fellowships will defray travel expenses for high performing teachers to participate. Application deadline for the Fellowship Program is May 2, 2014.
