Dear Friends and Colleagues,

Thank you so much to all who have asked how we fared during Hurricane Sandy. While the storm was definitely disruptive, we were extremely fortunate; some of our staff were without power or easy ways to get into the office here in New York, but everyone is safe with minimal if any damage.

We hope that you, your family and friends are all safe and warm and recovering from any damage. In recognition that many have suffered,  our staff have each been given half a day to volunteer their time to help those who have been so badly affected by Hurricane Sandy.

We are also happy to be able to make space in our office available to some staff members of Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship, a fellow non-profit, as their building in lower Manhattan remains closed.

Best wishes,

The Council for Economic Education
