Tierney Kraft
Tierney Kraft serves as Chief Operating Officer at the Council for Economic Education (CEE), where she is responsible for driving organizational strategy, operational excellence, and sustainable growth in support of CEE’s mission to equip students with the knowledge and skills to make informed economic and financial decisions.
Tierney brings nearly 20 years of experience across the K–12 education sector, with a track record of scaling programs and building high-impact partnerships.
Prior to joining CEE, Tierney served as Chief Revenue Officer at Equal Opportunity Schools, where she led revenue strategy and partnerships to support the organization’s national growth.
Earlier in her career, Tierney spent a decade at College Board, where she helped expand access to Advanced Placement and Pre-AP programs nationwide and led efforts to launch Official SAT Practice on Khan Academy, reaching millions of students.
She also held leadership roles at Kaplan Test Prep and C2 Education. Tierney holds a business degree from Wake Forest University, where she founded a nonprofit tutoring initiative.
She lives in New Jersey with her husband, Ray, and their twin boys, Connor and Andrew, and enjoys tennis, yoga, and Peloton classes.
